Description
Early morning harvest from selected older vine Pinotage vineyards in the Franschhoek region. Sourced from the foothills of cooler coastal vineyards, with smaller later ripening grapes, we have produced a Rosé with a vibrant watermelon pink colour, seductive aromas of strawberries and cream, with fresh berry fruit and a long mouth watering palate. Can be enjoyed on its own, or with exotic salads, seafood or sushi.

Winemaker's note
Fermented with selected imported yeast then left on lees for further 5-6 weeks for extra creamy complexity.
